History Online
Project of the Department of History and the Department of Economic and Social History at the University of Vienna for the development of online teaching units for the study of history at Austrian universities directed by Professor Dr. Franz Eder, Professor Dr. Alois Ecer and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Schmale.
Working field: Investigation on historical Information.

'Am Karmelitermarkt'
Project investigating the social conditions in the "Jewish Quarter" in Vienna.
A micro-historical analysis of a block of houses of the Viennese Leopoldstadt from the 19th until the beginning of the 20th century. The main goals of this project are the research of Jewish immigration to Vienna from the mid 19th century up until the beginning of the Second World War.

'Mauthausen Survivors Documentation Project'
Project collecting 800 interviews with survivors of the Concentration Camp Mauthausen in co-operation with Documentation Centre of Austrian Resistance and Institute of Conflict Research in Vienna.
Working field: Development and evaluation of the database and quantitative analysis.

'Study of the lives and work of Otto and Käthe Leichter'
Project to analyse the biography and work of the Austrian journalist and politician Otto Leichter. Publication of "Otto Leichter, Briefe ohne Antwort - Aufzeichnungen aus dem Pariser Exil für Käthe Leichter 1938-1939" (mit einem Nachwort von Henry O. Leichter), together with Gerhard Botz and Edith Saurer.

'Quantification in History '
Project for the advancement and diffusing of quantitative methods in history. Participation on international discussions with regards to the implementation of quantification methods, lectures and academic teachings.
